Common questions

My Gmail forwarding setup link expired.

Setup links live for about 30 minutes from when the app generates them. To get a fresh one, open Triggers on your iPhone → Settings → Email Alias → tap Add another source. The app will mail you a new desktop link.

How do I disconnect Outlook?

Open Triggers → Settings → Outlook Connection → Disconnect. We delete the Microsoft Graph subscription on Microsoft's side and erase the sealed OAuth tokens from our database. You can reconnect any time — no data is kept once you disconnect.

My alarm didn't fire.

Run through this quickly first:

If all four check out, email support@triggersalarm.com with the alarm time and the sender of the test email and we'll check the server-side logs.

How do I delete my account?

Open Triggers → Settings → Account → Delete account. The delete is immediate and irreversible — alarms, devices, Outlook connection (Graph subscription revoked), and any pending records are all erased. There is no recovery window.

Time alarms work without an account, so deletion only affects email alarms.

Pricing, refunds, and cancellation.

Triggers v1 is free. There is no subscription. Nothing to cancel, nothing to refund. If pricing ever changes, the new terms will only apply to new installs — existing users get advance notice.
